Shipping. Shipping costs are shown as flat rate, based on your SHIP TO location. Products (excluding commercial licenses) are sold as downloads by default. There are no shipping costs with downloads. If you order a CD, your item will be delivered by US Priority Mail or UPS, at IT GlobalSecure's discretion. You will be provided with a tracking number.
Refusals. If the buyer refuses the item, shipping costs (in one or both directions) will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any refunds, if issued, will be subject to a 10% processing fee, with all shipping costs withheld.
Replacements. If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us. You will receive an RMA number to return the damaged item, and a replacement will be sent to at no cost once the damaged item is returned to us.
Returns. Returns on software are not accepted. If you believe you have a significant issue with the software with respect to its functionality, please contact our team. We do want to have satisfied customers; please let us know what issues you have encountered so that we may determine a course for resolution.
