Handling of Your Data. Your request for information, your name, email address, and other contact information will not be delivered to any external party, but shall remain with IT GlobalSecure. We do not share customer lists, mail lists, or any form of personal information with marketing companies, manufacturers, Internet "link farms", bulk mailers, or other such parties. We do not process your credit card. Financial information is handled solely by Paypal merchant services and is handled securely using SSL encryption. We do not have access to credit card or bank transfer information. If you pay by check, our data is restricted to the information retained on your check.

If ordering CDs, your address information will be provided to commercial delivery services or the U.S. Postal Service in order to complete delivery of your order. We do retain general information about the nature of your inquiry (such as "anti-virus", "content filtering", and size of your network) in order to help us maintain the most relevant product and service mix for our customers.

 Electronic Downloads. If your order is delivered electronically, we may request additional information (such as a telephone number and place of employment) in order to validate your identity. Secure Systems at IT GlobalSecure. With respect to our data security: We have appropriate security measures (including firewalls, password procedures, secure physical access, anti-virus, VPNs, and mail filtering) in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you.

Buy-Sell Issues. Should IT GlobalSecure be acquired, or its assets be transferred to new owners, this privacy policy will be conveyed with the underlying customer data to the authorized owners.

Internet Data Collected. We collect the domain name, IP address, page view information, browser type, search word data, and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page. We collect the e-mail addresses from 1) those who post messages to us via forms, 2) those who communicate with us via e-mail, 3) those who make purchases. We aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. With respect to cookies: We do not use any permanent cookies.

Opt Out Policy. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail to our Business Office. We maintain a compliant opt-out policy, and opt-out e-mail addresses are maintained and monitored. Once your order or inquiry is complete, we do not send mail any more frequently than 45 days on a recurrent basis. This is done to notify you of sales, or upgrades to your existing product.

Postal Mailings. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by calling us at the number provided above.

Ad Servers. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Support for State Tax Authorities. On rare occasion, IT GlobalSecure has been asked to support sales tax audits of manufacturers to validate that goods have been sent to a specific U.S. state. Information about your name and address may be revealed to state tax authorities to support this audit, but only if requested by the manufacturer of the product or D.C. Government. How to Reach Us. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by calling us.

Private Information We Can Provide You. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password) that we maintain about them, and their transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases). This information is also fully displayed upon quotations and sales contracts. Consumers can access this information by e-mail (please visit our Contact Us page). Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in information that we maintain about them.
