SecurePlay Developer Licenses may not be used for commercial use. SecurePlay is subject to patent rights. All software is the property of IT GlobalSecure and subject to copyright protection. Sublicensing or "bundling" of software within other software (for sale or distribution) is forbidden without written permission. Licenses confer no title or ownership of the licensed software; all ownership rights are retained by IT GlobalSecure. Seat restrictions apply to some licenses. Penalties apply to misuse of the software outside the terms of its license. Licensee shall hold IT GlobalSecure harmless for any damages attributed to licensed software.

Term. Licenses for game development or SecurePlay software are good for one year and must be renewed at the expiration of their term. Financial software downloads may be used perpetually.
