your name, email address, and
other contact information will
not be delivered to any external
party, but shall remain with IT
GlobalSecure. We do not share
customer lists, mail lists, or
any form of personal information
with marketing companies,
manufacturers, Internet "link
farms", bulk mailers, or
other such parties. Should you
make a purchase, your end-user
information may be provided to
the manufacturer (or their
designate) of products
purchased, if necessary to
complete your purchase. Many
manufacturers require this
information in order to issue
license numbers, serial numbers,
shipment details, or
registration keys.
Your address information will
be provided to commercial
delivery services or the U.S.
Postal Service in order to
complete delivery of your order.
Your information may be
provided to the
Bureau of Export Administration
(Bureau of Industry and
Security) if it is necessary to
acquire an export license for
your goods. Otherwise, your name
will not be provided to any
Government Agency; instead, we
may validate that your name is
not present on any
Denied Persons Lists.
Information that you provide
to us about your systems or
networks, during the course of
receiving a quote or purchase,
will be used solely for purpose
of our response to you. It will
not be shared with other
organizations for commercial or
review purposes. We do retain
general information about the
nature of your inquiry (such as
"anti-virus", "content
filtering", and size of
your network) in order to help us
maintain the most relevant
product and service mix for our
customers.
Electronic Downloads.
If your order is delivered
electronically, we may request
additional information (such as
a telephone number and place of
employment) in order to validate
your identity.
Secure Systems at IT
GlobalSecure. With respect to our data
security: We have appropriate
security measures (including
firewalls, password procedures,
secure physical access,
anti-virus, VPNs, and mail
filtering) in place in
our physical facilities to
protect against the loss, misuse
or alteration of information
that we have collected from you.
Buy-Sell Issues.
Should IT GlobalSecure be
acquired, or its assets be
transferred to new owners, this
privacy policy will be conveyed
with the underlying customer
data to the authorized owners.

Services. IT GlobalSecure's website is
backed by Verisign's 128-bit SSL
encryption software, ensuring
that all of your information is
safe when using SSL (https) web
pages. IT GlobalSecure also
makes use of the secure payment
processing used at Yahoo Stores

methods).
Credit card payments made
through our catalog site or
accepted via the phone are
directly submitted to one of the
two processors for processing:
PaymentTech (via Yahoo Stores),
or Wells Fargo (via encrypted
sessions provided by Intuit,

Internet Data Collected.
We collect the domain name,
IP address, page view
information, browser type,
search word data,
and e-mail address (where
possible) of visitors to our Web
page. We collect the e-mail
addresses from 1) those who post
messages to our bulletin board,
2) those who communicate with us
via e-mail, 3) those who make
postings to our chat areas. We
aggregate information on what
pages consumers access or visit,
information volunteered by the
consumer, such as survey
information and/or site
registrations.
With respect to cookies: We
do not use any permanent
cookies.
Opt Out Policy. If you
do not want to receive e-mail
from us in the future, please

Suport for State Tax
Authorities. On rare
occasion, IT GlobalSecure has
been asked to support sales tax
audits of manufacturers to
validate that goods have been
sent to a specific U.S. state.
Information about your name and
address may be revealed to state
tax authorities to support this
audit, but only if requested by
the manufacturer of the product
or D.C. Government.
