Mr. Davis, CEO, is an entrepreneurial leader with exceptional technical skills that are used regularly in support of security design and implementation efforts. He directly manages the delivery of ITGS professional services, SecurePlay product development and support services. His depth of technical expertise, combined with his extensive management background, is pivotal to explaining the relevance of security technology investments to today's senior executives. Mr. Davis' nineteen years of expertise has been essential to business growth at TRW, CSC, Bell Atlantic, and SAIC. He has served as Network Security Manager for U.S. Treasury on the Treasury Communications System (TCS) program. Mr. Davis was the Lead Support Security Engineer for the implementation of a major US Government Agency's effort to re-architect its entire Information Technology infrastructure with over 40 years of legacy computing equipment. Mr. Davis defined the system architecture to support on-line computer crime investigations over the Internet for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) National Computer Crime Squad (NCCS). At Bell Atlantic, Mr. Davis was the Manager for Information Security in the Information Technology organization. Mr. Davis served as Associate Technical Director for the Product and System Test and Integration (PST&I) contract where he provided requirements analysis, design, and INFOSEC support to the Multi-level Information System Security Initiative (MISSI). Mr. Davis led the security profile and evaluation effort for a critical portion of the Electronic Key Management System (EKMS). Mr. Davis was senior engineer for the development of the first Virtual Private Network over Intelink - the Intelligence Community's web. He also designed and courses for installation and use of early FORTEZZA smart cards including messaging (X.400, SMTP/MIME and MSP (Message Security Protocol)), public key technology and infrastructures. Mr. Davis holds a B.A. Mathematics from the University of California-Berkeley. He obtained his Masters Degree from George Washington University in Security Policy Studies. He holds two patents and three pending patents for innovative security solutions.


 Ms. Campbell has twenty-two years of experience in the operational and financial oversight of distributed information technology systems, with sixteen of those in emerging technologies. Her ability to assess risk, quantify costs, and manage people for complex IT programs has been instrumental to her success. She is currently responsible for ITGS financial oversight, order and customer management, manufacturing reseller relations, and SecurePlay deliveries. Previously, she was TRW, Inc. Accounts Manager for the U.S. Treasury Communications System (TCS) ($150M sales annum) for secured Frame Relay/ATM, Internet services, and VPN communications. Ms. Campbell managed sales for Wide Area Network and Managed Internet services, including web hosting, messaging, VPNs/Extranets, application gateways, DMZ dedicated hosting, e-commerce services, security assessments, and PKI technology integration. In 1998, she was the Engineering Manager for all Internet Services, for the U.S. Treasury Communications System, and modernized the Treasury Internet architecture for its 300,000+ users. As Free Flight Phase One Chief Scientist for Air Traffic Control Systems at the FAA, Ms. Campbell transitioned five air traffic control programs into this new Cabinet-level Agency. She was also FAA Information Technology Manager for the Enhanced Traffic Management System (ETMS), a $40M effort for ARTCC/TRACON strategic flow control. In 1994-6, Ms. Campbell was Engineering Manager for a Government INFOSEC program with $25M annual sales for trusted collaborative mail and PC/video conferencing at 60 sites. Prior to that, Ms. Campbell, TRW Advanced Systems Business Manager, was responsible for capturing over $20M+ in awards for signals processing programs. Her business unit led the construction of systems ranging from optical processors, to supercomputers, to distributed embedded processors with advanced collection techniques, and to modern clustered servers. Her career started at General Electric in 1982 as a designer of imaging systems for robotic automotive assembly applications. Ms. Campbell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from Clemson University. She obtained her Masters Degree, from the University of Virginia in Electrical Engineering. In addition, she holds two patents and three pending patents all for innovative security solutions.
